I literally love this place. It has become my favorite place on earth. I started coming here after looking for a legit Korean med spa after having a few procedures done in South Korea and realizing what a difference it made from western facials and procedures. The staff here is amazing and Jenna in particular is the sweetest! Their prices are very reasonable and they offer basically every service you could want from a med spa. I went into Lotus today for a consultation and left with a PiCo Laser treatment and a Cleopatra facial XD 
I could not be happier with the high quality customer care and level of treatment I received. I felt the people I spoke with had a genuine interest in what was best for my skin, and listened to my concerns to offer the best treatment option. Not once did they try to offer me more than what I asked for or try to up sell me. The sweet woman who did my facial, Grace (who has perfect skin...le swoon), gave me the best facial I've ever had, and I've had a ton! I was nervous for the PiCo laser, and they all made me feel so comfortable. My skin feels and looks so much better after just one day at Lotus. I can't wait to come back and continue my treatments. Came here for mole removal. Was around 325$ for two sessions believe. Quickly got the job done perfectly.

I had CO2 laser for mole removal with Sue. Everyone was friendly and professional. 
At the start of the procedure and throughout, Sue kept checking on my pain level (which was very low), especially for the deeper moles. She kept me informed on what she was doing, which I find really comforting when you're lying there blind. I've done laser at other places where they seem to have no idea what the patient is going through.

Simply put, this place is awesome. The staff deliver the services with top notch expertise and the results are phenomenal. I love their facials and dual toning as it helps to maintain skin elasticity and i don't have to feel all of my age every time I look in the mirror! Come talk with Sue and Jenna about what treatments might be best for you. They're fantastic and will guide you and never push a service that you don't need.
